Full Circle Photography

What a treat for me to photograph this sweet family. I was fortunate enough to be the photographer at their wedding last year. http://jenwunderlichphotography.blogspot.com/2012/04/edie-and-josh.html And now got to meet their new addition.  Their family has grown as they welcomed their sweet little boy earlier this year.   What a doll is he is!  Such an honor to follow them into their journey of parenthood. Congratulations Edie and Josh!!

Long Time No See

I apologize for my blog neglect!  Life has been busy and I have completely overlooked posting on my blog and I apologize for that. I have found Facebook to be a little bit faster these days so am usually posting there first and often not getting back around to post again here.  So if you've missed me I am sorry. I will try to do better. If you have not already, like my Facebook page as another way to stay in the loop.

This sweet family has brought me back to my blog.  It has been a couple of years since our last session and it was so great to see them again! The kids have grown so much and are as sweet as ever.  I always appreciate the ease of being with them and loved our time together.  Here are just a few of my favorites.

Sweet Catherine

I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Boston, my first time:), to meet sweet Catherine. A very dear friend of mine welcomed this beautiful baby just a few weeks ago. Our home visit was slightly derailed by a longer than expected hospital stay due to an infection. But she is doing great and is already home enjoying life and growing so big so fast. Not what we had planned but no less special and I visit I will remember forever. I loved every minute with these two and just had to share a few of my favorites.

And Now There is 4

So happy to see this family again this year. They welcomed their sweet daughter this summer and it was great to finally meet her. What a doll she is:)  Life with two small children will definitely keep you on your toes. Our session was no different. But I am so happy with some of the great candids we got from the day. Here are just a few.

Sitting with baby was not exactly in the cards this year. This was his idea of a sibling shot.  Amazed she fit in that tiny little wagon.  Sometimes shots like this are just as fun!

Sweet Charlie

Had the pleasure of photographing this sweet boy last week! What a doll he is:)  Such a blessing. Born 3 months early but you would never know it now.  He is happy, adjusted and on the move just like he should be.  I know that was a journey but such a great feeling to be on the other side.

Look at Those Baby Blues

So happy to photograph this sweet family. I was weak in the knees over the blue eyes on this little one.  Always have been amazed by the combination of dark hair and bright blue eyes!  As a brown eyed girl it was never an option for me.  She is just a doll and recently celebrated her 1st birthday.  So glad we could get everyone together to document this special time in pictures.

Beachin' It

Recently on a trip home to Delaware, I had the pleasure of shooting my first beach session. Such a treat to discover a new, beautiful and different location.  Living in Atlanta, beaches are not an option for us here.  I grew up with mom who lived down the street but had not seen her for probably 20 years.  So it was great to catch up and meet her beautiful little girl....and husband too:)  The session was great and we landed this beautiful sky!  "E" kept me on my toes but those always make for the best pictures. Wanted to share just a few of my favorites from the day.

Nothing like a mouthful of sand for a snack!  Smile came after we were completely grossed out:)

West Family Session

So excited last weekend to photograph this sweet family again. It has been a year and a half since our last session. Everyone has gotten so big and so beautiful! They are an amazing family and I always enjoy my time with them. They make 4 look so easy. Inspires me:) Enjoy just a few sneak peaks from our session!

I am thinking this duck may be looking for a new home. He must be thinking these 4 look a lot more like him than all of the other ducks in this pond:)
